Helping You Navigate the Legal Path to Parenthood
Guiding Families Through Surrogacy and Reproductive Law
At Brandon Family Law Center, LLC, we understand that growing a family can take many forms — and that clear, compassionate legal guidance is essential. Florida is a national leader in providing legal support for infertility treatments and surrogacy arrangements, and our firm has been at the forefront of this evolution for over 25 years.
We help intended parents, surrogates, and donors establish clear rights and responsibilities through carefully crafted agreements, including:
- Surrogacy agreements, including escrow management
- Contracts for fertility treatments
- Sperm, egg, and embryo donation agreements
- Embryo storage and custody arrangements
Our attorneys are skilled in representing all parties involved, including same-sex couples navigating unique aspects of the surrogacy process. We also assist with litigation when disputes arise, such as breach of contract or the breakup of intended parents.

At Brandon Family Law Center, we are deeply experienced in the complex area of surrogacy law. Our attorneys have successfully drafted and facilitated the signing of numerous gestational surrogacy contracts, designed to protect all parties and prevent future misunderstandings.
We focus exclusively on gestational surrogacy, where the surrogate has no genetic relationship to the child she carries. (We do not handle traditional surrogacy cases, where the surrogate’s egg is used.) Our goal is to provide clear, enforceable agreements that safeguard the hopes and expectations of intended parents and surrogates alike, ensuring peace of mind from the beginning of the journey through the birth of the child.

Advances in assisted reproductive technology (ART) — such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), cryopreservation, and intrauterine insemination (IUI) — have opened new possibilities for family creation. However, the legal framework surrounding these technologies is still evolving, and many critical questions remain unanswered:
Who owns embryos, eggs, or sperm? Who has the authority to decide how they are used?
Because ART law is unsettled and often complex, it is essential to work with experienced legal counsel. We draft clear, detailed ART agreements that define each party’s rights and responsibilities, clarify intentions, and anticipate possible disputes. Our goal is to protect your interests and minimize legal risks as you pursue your dream of building a family.
