SENIOR PARALEGAL: LINDA A. MCDERMOTT, A.A., A.S., F.R.P
Linda A. McDermott has more than 20 years of paralegal experience with this law office. Although she is currently the head paralegal for our probate and guardianship practice, she worked extensively in our family law department during her first 10 years with this office. Linda authored several portions of the teaching materials used in the Basic Probate Practices of Wills and Trusts seminar and has lectured for that same seminar. Her vast knowledge of this firm and her years of experience allowed her to move easily into the position of office manager.
Linda came to Florida as a member of the United States Air Force, serving from 1980 until 1989 as a communications specialist. She has a special passion for assisting military families.
